Creating Your Account
Sign up for Oktant using your email address, Google, Apple, or Facebook account. All methods create the same full-featured account.
- ●Email: Enter your name, email, and a password.
- ●Google / Apple / Facebook: Tap the provider icon and follow the prompts.
- ●Crew invite: If you received an invite email, use the link to sign up — you'll be automatically connected to your crew.
Onboarding — Step 1: Welcome
After signing up you'll be introduced to the core concepts of Oktant: Life Slices, Resonance, Quests, and Rites. Take a moment to read through — these ideas are the foundation of everything you'll do in the app.
Onboarding — Step 2: Rate Your Life
You'll rate how you're doing across 8 life areas (Body, Mind, Wealth, Soul, Heart, Social, Play, Work) on a simple scale. Be honest — this sets your starting point and determines your character type.
There are no wrong answers. Your calibration simply establishes a baseline so the app can measure your growth.
Onboarding — Step 3: Choose Your Character & Base
Based on your calibration, you'll be assigned a character type — Resonant (balanced), Stable (moderate), or Dissonant (room to grow). Then you'll choose a Base, which gives a permanent boost to one life area.
The recommended base is the one matching your lowest-rated life area. This helps you grow where you need it most.
Onboarding — Step 4: You're Ready!
Your profile is set up and you'll be guided to create your very first quest. Everything is saved automatically — you can jump right in.
