Seasons
Time-bounded periods to group and review your quests.
What Is a Season?
A Season is a time-bounded 12-week period that groups your quests. By using a period that's not too long that goals lag and not too short that nothing meaningful is achieved, seasons give your journey structure — you calibrate at the start, work through quests, and review your growth at the end.
The Seasons Screen
The Seasons screen shows all your quests grouped by season. A quest is included in a season if its start date falls with the season's duration. Each quest appears as a card with a dropdown menu for actions (View, Duplicate, Complete, Pause, Abandon, Delete). You can expand each season to see its quests.
Edit Season
Seasons are preconfigured with inspirational defaults to encourage you to think about your growth. You can change the season name and description to match your personal goals.
Calibration
At the start of each season, you'll calibrate your Life Slices — rating how you're doing in each area. This sets your RP baseline for the season. Your previous season's finish line becomes the starting suggestion for the new season.
You can recalibrate at any time if your situation changes. Open the Calibration Wizard from the Season Review. All earned RP is saved, so you never lose your progress.
Season Review
Use the Review option (or tap the radar chart on your dashboard) to open the Season Review screen. This shows your progress over the season, top growth areas and preferred quest types, along with the breakdown of your RP across all 8 slices compared to your calibration baseline — a visual snapshot of how much you've grown.
Season Continuity
When a new season starts, your RP doesn't reset to zero. Your ending position from the last season becomes the starting line for the new one. Growth is cumulative.
